Happy Workout Wednesday!

I have something awesome in store for you today. Well, I guess that may depend on your definition of “awesome” 🙂 

Today’s workout is called The Name Game. Below you’ll see a graphic that contains all the letters of the alphabet. Each letter has a corresponding exercise and number of reps. 

Yep, you’ve probably guessed it by now. You will be performing the corresponding exercise for each letter of your full name– first middle and last. Sounds like fun, right?

If you have a really short name or you want to make this more of challenge do your name + your significant others’ name. Or add your pets name! If you have a really long name– sorry, you get to work extra hard today 😉 There are so many different ways you could approach this workout.

My name is pretty long at 21 letters! I’ll be doing lots of planks, burpees, squats, jumping jacks, push-ups, and wall sits.
