Workout Wednesday – 16 Minute Total Body Circuit

Happy #WorkoutWednesday!

I’m finally back into a fully normal routine after the Pike’s Peak Ascent. Today we’ll focus on a quick {16 minutes!} full body circuit. I used a BOSU for some of these moves, but if you don’t have access to one, they can be performed solely using body weight. The other equipment you’ll need is a mat and a set of hand weights appropriate for your upper body.

Let’s Get Sweaty!


Each move in this circuit should be performed for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest / transition. 

Repeat x2 for a 16 minute total body workout!

Reverse Fly, Total Body Workout, BOSU, Workout Wednesday, Strength Training
