Finishing #1MillionMinutes Strong

This is the final week for the Fit Approach #1MillionMinutes Summer Challenge. Wow. Where has the summer gone?? I am ready for autumn, but it always amazes me how quickly time flies.

Sweat Pink is partnering this week with prAna to help us reach our goal and finish #1MillionMinutes strong. Perfect timing too– as prAna just released their fall line and everything is SO cute. I wish I could live all day every day in active wear. Maybe someday! In true Sweat Pink fashion we kick off this final week with a mad lib 🙂


When the 1 million minutes challenge started, I set out to achieve 5,000 minutes [goal minutes of activity]. And I got pretty darn close to [verb] that goal by running [verb] and HIIT-ing [verb] my way to 3,500 minutes [# of minutes] as of today {I’m pretty sure I forgot to log some minutes though..}.
The best part of this challenge for me was cheering all the Sweat Pink-ers on. I probably spent the most time tracking my minutes while I was playing around the house with Nick and Sarge [person].
I was ecstatic [verb] to see so many Sweat Pink’ers joining in on the challenge and breaking a sweat while doing any activity you can think of [type of activity]. Jamie King [person] was one of my favorite people to stalk follow during the challenge because she was killing [verb] it with her handstands and running!
I’m sad that it’s the last week but also excited that prAna is our sponsor because I’m coveting the Cantena Top [item from prAna] and going to post/share/comment [verb] my little heart out in hopes to win!
