Workout with Grokker & Sweat Pink

This week Sweat Pink is teaming up with Grokker to encourage us to get moving no.matter.what. We do have that #1MillionMinutes goal we’re collectively working towards– what better way to rack up more minutes than to give Grokker a try!

Grokker is an online resource for fitness videos and recipes. This is my first week using Grokker and there are so many videos I am excited to try!

Unsure about online workout videos? Never heard of Grokker? Basic membership is free! Or you can use LOVEGROKKER for a free month-long premium membership (normal price $9.99/month).

In true Sweat Pink fashion we are going to kick off this week with a mad lib!

I’m so excited to rack up more minutes using video workouts from Grokker! There’s everything from yoga [workout type] to HIIT [workout type] for everyone from beginners to advanced, and I’m especially pumped to try the Barre, HIIT, and Core workouts by Sarah Kusch because they will make me extra strong and fabulous [adjective].

I plan to do my video workout in my bedroom [place] before starting my day [activity] and after getting a peaceful nights’ sleep [activity]. My favorite thing about video workouts is not paying $15+ per class [noun], and they’re a super convenient way to get sweaty when I don’t feel like leaving home [verb].

My goal is to hit 300 [number] minutes this week!. I’ll do HIIT Workout #4 on one of my more intense workout days, and Yoga for Beginners: Sun Salutations ,  on a rest or lower intensity day.  I challenge Jenna from Little Green Running Shoes [workout buddy name] to beat my # of minutes or to do HIIT Workout #4 [activity / video name] with me!
