Even on the busiest of days we can find 10 minutes to get our hearts pumping!
Here are a few easy ways to get moving when you only have a few minutes.
Go for a Walk
Take a few laps around the block or walked in one direction for 5 minutes then turn around and walk home for another 5 minutes.
Body Weight HIIT
Do a 10 minute HIIT workout using body weight exercises. Give this one a try!
Get Your Yoga On!
Go through the Surya Namaskara A and B sun salutations a few times. End with a short meditation.
